“Ellie” entered the show ring at 6 months & a wink, and immediately began pushing for the points taking Specialty Reserves under Laura LaBounty & Linda Tefelski. As the youngest puppy in her class at the 2018 National, she won the 6-9 Month CCA AOAC class under respected judge & breeder, Dan Cardoza. With the end of the 2018 spring specialty coming before she was at a prime show age, Ellie hit the road with breeder/handler Debbie Holland, winning 5 all-breed majors in 6 shows to finish her championship in two weekends. She was the youngest Rough Collie to finish her championship in 2018.
Susan Richardson (Canada) has acquired a co-ownership in Ellie and completed her Canadian championship in 2021 and Grand Championship in 2023. We look forward to Ellie making a contribution to our breeding program in the future as she is tightly bred on the Classique family. We are planning a Summer 2024 litter from Ellie.
