Professional Dog Handling

In past years, we had the honor of handling a number of beautiful & historic Collies. The friendships we developed through these special dogs are just as precious as the wins we were able to achieve. Special thanks to clients Mike Cheatham (Southland Collies, Tennessee) and Carl Williford (Twin City Collies, North Carolina), assistant Jennifer Duhon-Rutkas (Taliesin Collies, Illinois), and mentors Guy & Thelma Mauldin (Kismet Shelties, Texas) and Tom & Nioma Coen (Macdega Shelties, Massachusetts) who all who played a part in making these dreams a reality, and placing these legendary dogs into breed history.

We ceased professional handling in 2008 when we applied for our AKC judges licenses and now enjoy adjudicating in the Collie and Shetland Sheepdog specialty rings across the USA and abroad. Read more: Specialty Show Critiques.
